Fresh smelling
I find this product to be quite good. They have made the fragrance more intense, yes, but I find it still to be fresh-smelling and pleasant. It is a concentrated conditioner. So you may find you need to use less of it than you would others. I would agree that the larger bottle can be a little flimsy and cumbersome and cause the liquid to splurge when pouring if you are not careful. Overall, very good.

Overpowering perfume
I have used this product for a long time but recently the perfume seems to have been intensified. My sheets, towels and clothes now smell so strongly of fabric conditioner that my nose is constantly irritated. I wish my clothes to smell fresh - I don't want to go round smelling like a launderette! Also the large bottle is very difficult to pick up and pour - it is heavy with nothing to grip.

Why the change?
I have used this conditioner for years but recently the perfume has changed and I find it most unpleasant, far too strong. New is not always better!
