Best for cooking - I think

Slightly sweeter than I expected given its 72% cocoa content. No real range or depth of flavours but not killed by an over-use of vanillin either. Certainly no worse than any of the major brands and at a litlle over a pound for 100g a bargain for a good quality couverture.

As good as the best!

This chocolate has a great taste and wonderful texture with a proper quality 'snap' when you break it. It's great when eaten on its own, but also makes great chocolate mousse.

Delicious

This chocolate is great for baking. It is not too sweet or bitter. I appreciate the large size and I always keep a spare in the store cupboard.
