Using Katsu Curry Paste to make a sauce, pour over the bread crumbed chicken and serve with rice, for a great Katsu Curry.

Panko Chicken
Serves: 4
You Will Need
2 tbsp vegetable oil
150g (1 packet) Panko Breadcrumbs
4 chicken breasts
50g plain flour
2 eggs, beaten
Method
1. Flatten chicken breasts to approx 1cm thick.
2. Coat chicken with flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a medium sized frying pan on a medium heat.
4. Fry the coated chicken for 5 mins on each side, ensuring the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Delicious served with Katsu Curry Sauce.

great product, poor packaging
We use these frequently for adding a coating to chicken and they do the job fabulously. However I must say the packaging is too frail and we have found several leaks and spillages once stored. The paper packaging is too thin.
Good quality and reasonable price
These are great, they do the job nicely at the most reasonable priced (of those offered by Ocado).

Good value and good sized crumb - not too small or big.
Useful
Great product, keep fresh and dry for a while even after opening. Useful to have in the house, stick them on all sorts of things to add a crunch element to dinner, especially when mixed with a bit of Parmesan and olive oil

I love these breadcrumbs. Very good quality and excellent price. Very happy and will buy regularly.
Why add sugar?
While these breadcrumbs coat well and fry up nicely, I don't see why they have to contain sugar. I have now switched to another brand that doesn't have sugar in the it and does the job just as well - if not better!
