Wonderful in an oven dish, wrapped around chicken, with lemons, black pepper and rosemary. Cook on 160 covered in foil. Serve with new pototoes covered in the sauce and Waitrose froxzen grilled med veg. Lovely!

First one was most tender and lean I have ever bought - can only hope standard might be maintained.
