Prepare & Use
A raising agent used in baking cakes, puddings, scones, cookies, American pancakes and bread. When mixed with liquid and heated, baking powder will create bubbles of carbon dioxide that will cause the mixture to expand and rise. As a general guide, add 4 tsp baking powder to 225g plain flour, and use as an alternative to self-raising flour.

annoying lid
Very hard to get lid off, especially over time.

Cannot get the lid off!
Just agreeing with others as I really struggle to get the lid of this. I do have a problem with my hand but it never normally causes this degree of difficulty! Please change the lid!!

terrible packaging
The contents are fine but the packaging is awful. It's almost impossible to get the lid off. I won't buy this or any of the equivalent bicarbs etc again.
