Indispensable.
Bought four of these, poured the stock from all four into a large pan, simmered on a low heat until the reduced stock filled one 500ml container. Saves a lot of space in the freezer. An alternative is to store the reduced stock in ice cube moulds or individual cake moulds, which ever suits best. Useful for making small amounts of concentrated stock available without having to defrost a full quantity.

Bought once - no flavour
I threw this away. I was hoping to make a beef stew and was surprised when I checked the stock for flavour as it didn't bear resemblance to the experience of other reviewers. No flavour at all.
