We get through loads of this. Bit expensive but so much better than cubes

Try the beef stock!
I use the C.I. Beef stock regularly and it has an exceptional flavour so I thought I would try the chicken stock. To my surprise I found the flavour identical! Not what I expected of a chicken stock.

Heston’s Roast leg of lamb
Heston turns this British classic into something really special — the anchovies bring out the flavour of the lamb beautifully. This recipe is part of the Delia & Heston collection featured at Waitrose.com
Chicken with Couscous, Honey and Cinnamon
Whilst I’ve got nothing against a good chicken sandwich, there are many more exciting things you can do with a few shreds of cold roast chicken. Couscous is a very useful medium for leftover meat, and this is one of my favourite ways to eat cold chicken. Take a tub of this with you to work, or serve up with crisp lettuce leaves as a quick supper.

yuck
Made a chicken/red wine casserole with this and have to say that as soon as i added the stock the dish changed. Very gelatinous (sp?) and didn't blend with the wine and other ingredients. Couldn't eat the finished result. Usually make my own stock or use marigold bouillon and this stuff just wasn't the same. I had also bought the fish and beef stock but have thrown them out on the basis of this. Maybe its the long life vacuum storage? Don't know but will never buy it again.
