Prepare & Use
Cooks' tip
Ideal for thickening sauces, casseroles, stir fries or gravy. For gravy, allow 15g of cornflour per 300ml of liquid, adding more or less for thicker or thinner results. Always add cold liquid to cornflour to make a smooth paste first before stirring into the liquid to avoid any lumps, and continue stirring until it comes to the boil. Try adding 1/2 tsp cornflour per egg white when making a pavlova as it helps produce a marshmallowy centre

Poor package
I agree to many reviews. The content is fine, but the plastic package in the box break up and it gets messy. I'd replace it with a zipper bag.

Larger size please
The cornflour is fine, but it would be great to have it in a custard powder type tub as offered by some of the other supermarkets - this would be much more practical.

Poor packaging
I am in agrement with the other reviewers; inner package is too small and flour spills when opening. Nigh on impossible to clip top in order to keep flour dry in between uses. Would also appreciate a larger size.

I completely agree with the previous comment that the packaging is unpractical, every time I use it I spill some.
