Freezer Essential
I love all of these - wish there were more! It is so handy to be able to grab a packet and add fresh herbs without having the remainder of a packet going off in the fridge. Means you can cook a recipe without having to remember to buy fresh herbs. FAB!

useful herbs!
This range of frozen herbs is excellent BUT why is the range getting smaller and smaller? First the EXCELLENT crushed Kaffir Lime leaves went and now the Thai and Italian mixes have disappeared as well. Can we have them all back please?

This is an essential for me.
I love this product, the coriander is consistently good quality and full of flavour. I use this in curries, soups and rice/pulse dishes. Great added to a chilli as well. For a cheap and tasty soup, try adding around 500g roughly chopped carrots and a chopped onion and potato and 1tsp ground corander to a litre of chicken or veg stock. Simmer till carrots are soft, blitz till smooth and add half a bag of coriander leaf and salt and pepper to taste. Yum!

Didnt seem to have much flavour at all
I'm surprised at the reviews for the coriander to be honest, I found it pretty flavourless, emptied in entire bag in the end but still didnt really get it. I love the garlic and ginger and shallots but not a fan of any of the herbs really. I do freeze stalks of coriander for emergencies now, tip from a colleague, and they work really well.

No way as good as fresh coriander
I was seduced by the outstanding reviews to try this product but was so disappointed. It didn't have that wonderful taste of fresh coriander that I enjoy so much. It may work for a master stock but not on its own. I cannot recommend.
