Love this!

Hurray - it's back!!

One of my favourite things to keep in the freezer! It's not been around for a long time, so do grab some whilst it's back. The ginger always seems to be good quality and tastes so much better than the bottled or otherwise pre-prepared ginger.

Grab it while it's here!

Could be chopped a teensy bit finer, but soooo handy to have in the freezer. It disappeared for a long time and I gave up looking for it. I guess it's because it's only gathered in the winter months. Now I've noticed it's back, I'll stock up.

Great Purchase

Chopping frozen ginger was always annoying. This makes it all so much simpler - it's fairly finely and evenly chopped, good quality ginger. Stay good in the freezer for ages, and seals up nicely in the packaging. Fantastic buy - means that making a nice gingery meal is suddenly tons easier!
