better than the pre made sauces
I buy this because I can add to chopped tomatoes to make a sauce. Many tomato sauces have sugar in them which I don't want. Would have been 5 stars if organic.

Excellent and Very Convenient
All of the frozen Cooks Ingredients are fabulous, so quick and easy to use and cuts out the waste that always happens when you buy ingredients, use a bit, and forget about the rest sitting in the fridge. The Italian Mix is great for all pasta dishes, but my favourite for a low fat almost instant meal is a spray of oil in a frying pan, some Italian mix, then pour on some egg whites out of a carton with a grating of parmesan and serve it with a salad. So tasty and low fat and it only takes a couple of minutes.
