Storage

Prepare & Use
Brush fish fillets, chops or chicken pieces with oil and press on the crumbs before roasting. Sprinkle over cooked vegetables and salads. Toss cooked pasta and olive oil, garlic and chilli and scatter crumbs over.

Excellent
We really enjoyed these. I have never tried bread crumb mixtures on our food before. I tried this last night on chicken (per serving suggestion of coating it with olive oil and pressing these onto the surface). It was a big hit. It has a very good, lemony taste wtih not-too-much, not-too-little amount of pepper. I look forward to using it again. Thanks.

Great with chicken or white fish
This product is great, and easy to use. It's a really tasty lemony breadcrumb coating for white fish or trout. It's great to have in the store cupboard to create home made fish fingers/ breaded fish portions or home made breaded chicken. I use low fat natural yoghurt to coat the raw meat / fish and then sprinkle these on the top. This seals in all the moisture, and the breadcrumbs get all crispy on the top whilst the meat cooks in the oven. Delicious!
