Serves 4
In a shallow dish, mix together 100ml Greek yogurt, 2 tsp Organic Ground Coriander, 1 tsp Organic Ground Cumin, 1/2 tsp Organic Chilli Powder, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut 550g lean lamb into 4cm cubes and add to the marinade. Mix well, cover and chilli for 2 hours. Thread the lamb onto skewers and grill or barbecue for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and crisp outside, but juicy inside. Serve with salad and pitta bread
