Prepare & Use

Use in white sauces or pasta sauces, as a garnish or stirred into dips, dressing or salads such as potato, coleslaw or rice

Serves 6
Soak 185g dried haricot beans for at least 12 hours, then boil rapidly for 10 minutes. Drain and place in a pan with 1.7 litres of stock and 2 crushed garlic cloves. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until tender. Blend until smooth in a food processor. Return the purée to the pan with 115g small pasta shells, 4 skinned and chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp Organic Flat Leaf Parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes until the pasta is tender

Very dusty

The flakes are very small, like dust.

the bag contained dust. There was no flakes at all. had to use it in soup, no good for parsley sauce as it made the white sauce green.
