You need to treat it right
As per other reviewers, it will go dry quickly if not treated in the right way. If it's dry to begin with that's an ocado problem but I haven't had that. Wrap the stalks in damp kitchen roll and pop back in the fridge, it is like a flower, the stem draws the moisture from the leaves so they will dry out if the stem is looking for moisture.

OK, but didn't last long
The leaves were falling off the stems by the day after we received this, and by less than a week later it was going off and half had to be thrown away. So, OK if you use it quickly, but if you want it to keep for a few days, maybe look elsewhere

Great Thyme
We could believe how well this kept in the fridge in the vegetable drawer. Great flavour. I bought two bunches and hung one near the cooker to dry. Worked a treat.
