Stock without salt

The beauty of this is that it has NO SALT! If you are making a healthy soup and you don't want all the nasty added stuff in some stocks, this is a genuinely healthy option. I really appreciate the healthy option Ocado, thank you. If you're after salt get another stock....

Stock without salt!

The 'Cook's Ingredients' stock is the only one I can find that has no salt in it, as required when cooking for a baby under one year old. With baby number one I made my own vegetable stock, but with number two time is short and this is a convenient alternative. On the downside, it is a bit pricey and the packaging is not great (the bags can leak and are better decanted into another container when not using all the stock at once).

Not the best

I found it had an overwhelming flavour of celery which has a tendency to overpower when cooking with more delicate flavours.
