Cooking Instructions - General
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Microwave - From Chilled/Ambient
Break seal, remove lid and gently place back on top of the container.
Heat on full power for the following times:
750W or Cat D.
2 1/2mins - Stir, re-cover - 2 1/2mins.
850W or Cat E.
2 1/2mins - Stir, re-cover - 2mins.
Check product is hot before serving.
Caution: The container may become flexible when hot. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.
Hob - From Chilled/Ambient
Empty the contents of the container into the saucepan. Heat gently on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
Do not allow to boil as this may impair the quality.

Salty!!
This soup may have possibly provided me with my maximum salt intake for the next 3 days! The chicken is shredded and the veg chopped very small. The look of it reminds me of those powded varieties you have to reconstitute with boiling water.
