Heat dry wok for 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp oil and add vegetables. Stir fry for 5 minutes until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Rotten within a day
I opened the bag the day after it arrived and it was rotten. The beansprouts had liquified and the whole lot stank. In the bin! It had a guaranteed shelf life of 3 days.

This bag of sliced vegetables is great as a base for a stir-fry. I've always received very fresh vegetables, sometimes the cabbage isn't sliced too well but on the whole it's good for a bag of 'essential' veg!
