We drink this every Friday
This is a delicious light cremant, with a pleasing gentle mousse. Taste is a bit lemony, a bit biscuity. Neither the bottle nor the web-site reveal the grapes, but the AOC rules require that it be mostly chardonnay, with some chenin blanc and a little mauzac. Unfortunately, as this appellation has become more fashionable, the price has crept up significantly over the past few years, but it is still good value. We drink a bottle every Friday.

Reliable and delicious
This cremant has never let us down. Excellent and sophisticated flavour for the money, good sparkle without being overwhelmingly bubbly. Never yet found another sparkling wine as good

Our stand-by sparkler
My husband and I tried this after reading all the rave reviews, and we're so glad we did. This is now our favorite bubbly!

Sophisticated yet sporty, this French cocktail is a delicate combination of champagne and vodka, with Red Bull to give it a saucy kick. A classic combination with an extra fizz. To make a pitcher: 200ml Finlandia 2 cans of Redbull 1 bottle of sparkling white wine Fill pitcher ¾ full of cubed ice, add ingredients, stir well and garnish with lemon wedges.
