Excellent.

I bought these after having my first ever course of antibiotics and feeling rotten as anything after and immediately coming down with sore throat and a cold which is highly unusual for me. I discovered that antibiotics kill off all your good flora as well as the nasties, leaving you with a compromised immune system. So I bought these till I could get my hands on some strong probiotics. I really think they helped. Within a couple of days I felt, albeit marginally, better. Could be psychosomatic, but I don't think so. I read up and these are one of the better performing probiotic drinks - enough flora needs to survive the stomach acid and reach the gut to be effective, and these have been proven to achieve that better than most similar products, though not to the levels probably required after antibiotics hence taking a stronger course of sachet probiotics. And have minimal fat - bonus.

A good start to the day

I buy these for my dad to make sure he gets a bit of extra calcium into his diet. I'm not sure if the friendly bacteria actually do any good but my 77 year old dad swears by it. The lack of fat is a bonus.
