Storage
Keep refrigerated. Consume within the use-by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use.
Prepare & Use
Place the mince in a pan on a moderate heat for 5 to 7 minutes until the meat is all browned.
Once sauce and other ingredients are added, cook for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up any meat clumps

way too fatty
It was much too fatty and not particularly tasty. I would not buy this again even if heavily discounted.

excellent
I made a cottage pie with this mince, it fried off well, I had to drain a fair bit of fat but the texture and taste were perfect. it was subtle and light, no gristle to chew through here ! My husband, who is one almighty critic when it comes to cottage pie said best ever ... I would say though that you do need a good stock to make and sauce or gravy to compliment this good meat.

Disappointing
Very disappointing! Made chilli with it and had a greasy taste and smell to it. Will go back to Waitrose own organic mince.
