Very poor, would not recommend
Very disappointed with this bacon. It was very very expensive and being organic thought we would try it. It does look an odd colour but when it comes to cooking it gave off more water than even the budget bacon you have seen. I actually had to drain it to continue cooking. It shrank hugely and was very bland. Have tried more of the daylesford brand and it doesn't cut the mustard. Time to get rid Ocado.

unusual but great
thought i would try some of the new daylesford range...this products unusual as it dosnt contain any nitrates which makes colour abit odd...however it was delicious

A great find!
Bacon looked a bit different then suddenly realised was nitrate free. First time I've seen this with bacon - was delicious!

First nitrate free bacon we have come across
Now we can have bacon again since it does not contain any nitrate. Yes, the shelf life is much shorter but we may live longer eating it without the nasties.
