We farm four different breeds of sheep throughout the year, so that you can always have lamb which is in season and at it's best for the table. Throughout their lives, they graze our clover-rich organic pastures, producing meat which is full-flavoured and very lean - it just melts in your mouth.
- Our animals roam freely on our farm's organic pastures, and feed on the organic crops we grow ourselves;
- We never use herbicides or artificial fertilisers;
- Our lamb has won a 2010 Soil Association award.

Prepare & Use
For a rare chop, place lamb under a moderate grill for 6 minutes each side.
For medium to well done, allow 8 minutes for each side.
Allow to rest, covered, in a warm place for 10 minutes before serving

Wanted to love it, but it was just okay
I bought these based on the strong reviews and I was very attracted by its being organic, but I was pretty underwhelmed with the result. I used a meat thermometer to ensure that they were cooked medium rare, but they were still tougher than I'd have liked. Furthermore, given that they were so fatty, you'd need to plan on at least two chops per person in order to have a meaningful portion.

Really good
Very thick and meaty with an excellent taste. I don't really like meat, so the fact that I enjoyed these speaks volumes.

Soooo tender
Good plump chops. Simply grill, 6 mins per side, moderate to high, very tasty.

Tough and stringy
Really wanted to like these chops, as I liked the organic credentials of the supplier. So bought when they were on special offer, and relying on good review online. A real disappointment, pack of 4 for 10 pounds, and each of them was tough, very little meat, mostly fat, and what meat there was really tasteless. Maybe I was just unlucky with the ones I got, but at these prices, I wont be buying again.

The beauty of this dish is that it may be frozen and is actually tastier when reheated. If you are a vegetarian, you can omit the lamb, increase the amount of vegetables and add chick peas instead.

Moved to write my first ever review after a very disappointing supper! The chops were tough with hard fat and weirdly tasteless... Expected much more from organic,.
