Brown mushrooms are lightly sauteed in butter before being combined with crème fraiche and corainder to bring out their sweet, nutty flavour. We use organic vegetables from our farm wherever possible in this simple recipe.

Not keen
This soup is too salty for me and has a strange metallic taste. It doesn't taste of coriander either. I wouldn't buy it again.

Excellent soup
This is one of the best mushroom soups from a supermarket that I have tasted. Large chunks of mushrooms rather than the thin liquid that you normally get, and tasty without being too spicy. I buy it regularly.
