Prepare & Use
Hob:
Empty contents into a saucepan, heat slowly until just simmering, reduce heat, put on lid and cook slowly until heated through (about 10 minutes). Do not boil.

Great meat substitute
We were offered this as a replacement for a chicken dish in a meal deal and thought we would give it a go and I have to say it was one of the tastiest things I have had in a long time. It is expensive but delicious. I could have eaten it twice over!!

hearty but subtle
Full of soft cooked veg and pulses that retain their flavour and shape. You know it's good for you but it doesn't feel like you're doing penance eating it. I only wish i could make a casserole as good as this.

SUGARY!!
This would have been a lovely meal, except was so sweet! Tasted like a dessert, threw it away.

Lovely vegetarian option
Lovely spiced vegetable curry - great as part of a bigger quick Indian supper - with brown rice, pappadoms and chutney, or served with some fresh paratha. I usually add a bit of fresh red chilli for extra spice.
