Perfect pasta
Brilliant with soups and even as an accompaniment to other dishes. Also, children love it!

the lightest pasta ever
I bought this a few weeks ago at my 3 year old's insistence (she liked the pretty flower/star shape) and I was completely bowled over by just how delicious AND LIGHT this pasta tasted. Most pastas make me feel heavy after eating them; not this one. Haven't used it in soup, just on its own with a dallop of butter on top.
Recipes
Pasta and Fava Bean Soup
This Italian mixture of pasta and fava beans makes a nourishing meal, served with warm Italian bread. If you don't have time to soak the beans, use tinned ones instead - they are just as good, but remember to halve the cooking time.

Minestrone Soup
Cook's Note Always keep any leftover rind from Parmesan cheese – you can add it to your minestrone while it’s cooking, for extra flavour.
