For perfect cooking: use 6 litres of water per 500g. Add salt and put in the pasta when the water boils. Stir from time to time. When cooked, drain and season as you please.

Hard to beat
I've been buying the De Cecco range for years, It certainly is very nice quality. I occasionally buy other brands but continually come back to this. Good flavour, and entirely consistent across the range.

True Italian pasta
It's worthy spending a little extra to have proper Italian pasta. Besides, De Cecco is one of the best!
