Just try it...
Delicious just on its own. Usual reservations about this traditional UHT packaging- but never a problem yet. Was brought up on goats' milk when a small child. It doe NOT have that weird tang that is associated with goats' milk (or if it has the very slightest of tangs it is more than acceptable. I love it ). Maybe they could bring out a skimmed version. Only caution: residue milk can thicken at base.
