Storage
This is fresh (chilled) food so keep in the fridge below 5°C and use by the date on the pack or within 48 hours of opening. You can home-freeze but best to do so on the day of purchase and use within 3 months. It's absolutely fine (and quick) to cook from frozen - just allow a further 1 minute cooking time, but please don't re-freeze.

Oven cook - From Chilled
Our delicious chickpea fusilli tastes wonderful with any sauce but we love to use a rich tomato or Bolognese-based one. Alternatively why not make a great pasta bake? Toss some cooked fusilli in your favourite sauce and top with lashings of grated cheese before popping in the oven.
Hob - From Chilled
Allow approximately 100-125g pasta per person. You've a couple of options! Place the pasta into a large pan of salted boiling water.
Bring to the boil and cook for 4-5 minutes according to taste. Drain thoroughly and serve immediately on pre-heated plates or bowls.

Best GF Pasta so far
Buy it again? - Definitely, just ordered some more. Flavour is really good - had to ban myself from munching every time I visited the kitchen. Minimal wash out on cooking - something I hate is seeing half the product strained down the sink, but no issue with that here. Appearance attractive. Texture firm and will actually cook al dente. 2 votes of confidence. The first GF pasta the other half is happy to eat.

Wonderful taste
We were cutting back on wheat after Christmas and this was to be a temporary replacement, but we now much prefer this to the ordinary stuff. Wonderful nutty taste and not at all bloating.

Very+tasty+and+filling
This+is+the+best+food+item+Ive+come+across+in+years.+Wheat+doesnt+agree+with+me,+but+I+miss+pasta+and+love+chickpeas. It+has+a+slightly+nutty+taste+and+is+nice+and+filling.+Lovely.

Yummy
This pasta is good as it doesn't taste disgusting like most fresh pasta, which I finds tastes of egg. Also, fresh pasta is usually slimey and this is not. The shapes are quite robust and swell a bit when cooked. Texture is more like wholewheat pasta, it is quite dense, but I prefer this bite to pasta.

delicious!
Thought this pasta was great. I agree with other reviews that it is far better than the standard (or 'substandard') gluten free pasta. It has the correct texture and a wonderful flavour - works great with tomato or red pepper pesto. I actually prefer this to wheat pasta, it is my husband who cannot have gluten but it is more practical and healthier for us all to switch and products like this make it easier. Would love to see other variants, such as tagliatelle, spaghetti or lasagne.
