A quite distinctive tasty cheese
This did not taste as I expected, which was, I suppose, a bit like Wensleydale, which I also enjoy. Instead of being crumbly, it was both creamy and quite unusual tasting. I had it sliced on focaccia, blasted in the microwave for a short time and it was DELICIOUS!
