Over the years I have looked for the crumbly Lancashire I enjoyed so much as a child, living in Lancashire. At last this cheese produces the taste and texture of that cheese. Delicious and scrumptious!

Fabulous - fresh and tasty

This cheese is the bee's knees. It's a lovely subtle cheese, with a delicious fresh taste and crumbly texture. It goes wonderfully with a ploughman's, salad or with fruit . I try to make sure there is always a pack in the fridge now as it improves every meal it touches!

poor lancs cheese

this tasted like a really bland cheshire cheese. Really disappointing and not a true reflection of a good lancs which should have a punchy flavour. Even the texture was not great, which whilst crumbly, can only be described as wet.
