Tortillas & salsa: Cover and refrigerate after opening and use within 4 days.
Fajita Seasoning Mix: After opening place in an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks.
Prepare & Use
To warm tortillas - Remove from the bag and either:
·Place on a hot, dry frying pan or under the grill for 6 seconds each side.
·or microwave at full power (650W) each tortilla for 8 seconds or all together for 45 seconds.
·or wrap the tortillas in foil and place in a preheated oven at 180ºc / 350ºf / Gas mark 4 for 10 minutes

Recipe Suggestion: Classic fajitas, Serves 4.
450g boneless chicken, cut into thin strips, 2 tbsp oil, 1 Discovery Fajita Kit, 1 Medium Onion sliced, 1 Green & 1 red or yellow pepper sliced.
Step 1: Coat chicken in oil and seasoning mix. (For a milder fajita use less seasoning).
Step 2: Heat a heavy based frying pan until very hot. Add the chicken & fry for about 3 minutes unitll well browend. Add onion & peppes & cook for a further 2 mins or untill meat is cooked.
Step 3: Serve with warm tortillas & salsa. Roll up & enjoy.
