Mexican Soft Flour Tortillas
Soft wheat flour tortillas for making fajitas, enchiladas and other Mexican dishes.
Won't object to being filled with cheese and pickle either.
From the Chinese pancake to the Asian Chapatti, almost every world cuisine
has its own flatbread. We believe that the Mexican tortilla is the most versatile,
equally at home wrapped around a kebab as a fajita.
These wheat based tortillas are the style preferred in the Sonora region of North
Mexico. They are exceptionally soft and pliable, perfect for wrapping around any
hot fillings. But we didn't settle for any old wheat flour, we developed a unique
flour milled to our own special recipe so that our tortillas are always soft,
delicious and very 'rollable'

Storage
Store in a cool dry place, suitable for home freezing.
Once opened, reseal pack, refrigerate and use within 3 days
Prepare & Use
Fry.
1. Place on a hot, dry frying pan or under the grill for 6 seconds each side.
Microwave.
2. Microwave at full power (650W) each tortilla for 8 seconds or all together for 45 seconds.
Oven.
3. Wrap the tortillas in foil and place in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F Gas Mark 4 for 10 minutes

Stays fresh and doesn't crack
I absolutely love Mexican food and frankly, a bit of a snob about it too. These are fab. They are fresh, don't taste like flavorless flour and are the perfect size to make a good wrap without it cracking and splitting. Keep them in a zip bag and they will last even longer.

yup, these are the best.
i agree with other reviewers, these ones are the best. My kids just munch on them plain! They don't rip when fully stuffed, and are a pleasure to use and eat.

Best around
These are so much nicer than the old el paso ones. The don't stick together, very soft, keep well in the fridge and most importantly taste delicious. The other brand have a funny taste that can be quite overpowering, but these are great to munch on - even plain! My 8 year old loves them!
