Product Information
Born of a years of exceptional contrasts, Dom Pérignon Vintage stands out with its soothing strength and striking tactile presence during tasting. Initially dark and enigmatic, this vintage wine reveals a texture that leaves an incomparable impression, offering a unique sensory experience.
The structure of Dom Pérignon feels horizontal, broad and straight, reflecting the wine’s luminous austerity. Each mouthful covers the palate, making an impression with clear, clean flavours, drawn in straight lines rather than curves. This structured concept is Dom Pérignon’s authentic signature, in which the sense of touch becomes fundamental. Without this tactile dimension, the flavour of the wine could not fully unfold in the space and time of its tasting, mirroring the space and time of its production.
Due to multiple vintages in our warehouse you may recieve 2015 or 2017

Brand details
Dom Pérignon Vintage embodies the vision of Dom Pérignon. It is the culmination of its elaboration and creative process. It takes no fewer than eight years of patient elaboration to reach its aesthetic ideal.
In the darkness of the cellars, inside the bottles, the wine has gone through an active transformation in contact with the yeast, reaching the harmony that forever signs a Dom Pérignon. Only then does it become complete, seamless, tactile and harmonious.

Regional information
Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne
Inspiration, creation and sharing have always been the driving forces behind the destiny of the abbey of Saint Pierre d’Hautvillers.
Over the centuries, this exceptional place has seen the powerful and the humble cross its threshold; it has experienced, in its own way, all the vicissitudes of the history of France.
From the moment they arrive at Hautvillers, visitors are fascinated by the abbey’s particular presence: this is the birthplace of something incredible – something that changed the very history of art de vivre and that lives on from century to century: the champagne.
Tasting notes
The nose: The nose begins with roasted and cocoa notes,
unfolding into linden, jasmine, and peony scents, accented by spicy anise and cardamom. It finishes with a fresh blend of orange peel and green papaya.
The palate: Flesh of fresh peach and nectarine envelop sculpted
bitter notes of citrus and gentian. The wine offers a wide, expansive sip that evolves from delicate to richly generous on the palate.
