Prepare & Use
Preparation
1. For best results defrost in refrigerator until pliable.
2. Lightly flour the pastry and work surface before cutting to the required shape with straight firm movements.
3. Prior to baking rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to prevent shrinkage during baking.
Baking
1. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220ºC/425ºF/Gas Mark 7.
2. When pastry is fully risen (approx 10-15 minutes), lower temperature to 150ºC/300ºF/Gas Mark 2 until the layers are dry and crispy.

Perfect Pastry - huge timesaver

Best puff pastry
Fantastic puff pastry , easy to use and tastes delicious . Love the fact that it is organic , I couldn't find organic pastry in any other supermarket. I have bought this twice and will continue to buy even though it is quite expensive , it's worth the extra

Scrumptious sausage rolls
Being able to get the Dorset pastries - this one and the shortcrust - was one of the reasons I started shopping with Ocado regularly. It's pricey, so an occasional treat and obviously not totally healthy despite being as natural as pastry can be, but it is so absolutely full of buttery loveliness that it's worth the money. I use it mainly for sausage rolls and they're the nicest I've ever tasted - not that there are often any left for me to eat.

Delicious, light and easy to use.
This is the best pastry I have come across in the UK. No nasty chemical ingredients, easy to roll, a good size and incredibly light. With regard to previous 'sour' comments, this product does go off quickly once defrosted so use immediately to avoid spoiling.
