Please change this packaging!

I don't normally post reviews on products but this double cream is the bane of our online shopping life! On five separate occasions it has burst in the shopping bag, coating the other items in cream and ruining some of them. On one occasion it spectacularly exploded as the driver handed the bag over, covering the driver and our newish hall carpet, which has not recovered. Please Waitrose, do something about this packaging!!!!
