Doves Farm Organic Gluten Free Lemon Zest Cookies with Real Lemon Peel.

Made without gluten, wheat, milk, salt, buckwheat, soya, nuts, eggs or hydrogenated fat.

On our farm we rotate a mix of crops, grassland and livestock to develop natural soil nutrition for cereals and animals. We avoid unnecessary chemicals and genetically modified organisms as well as integrating wildlife and landscape conservation. At home and abroad organic farmers and processors must be audited to full organic standards.

Sourcing Fairtrade ingredients where possible is a logical choice as we are committed to ethical trading. It provides a better deal for producers in developing countries, creating opportunities for farmers and workers to improve their lives and protect their environment. Fairtrade sugar farmers in Paraguay have been able to improve their living and working conditions as well as hygiene, medical, educational and technical facilities for their wider communities.

Outstanding

Light, delicious and about the right level of sweetness to balance the real lemon. Only minor drawback are the breakages in the package during delivery ... but the broken ones disappear very quickly !

lemon lush

this biscuit is free from everything but not taste, such a tasty cookie that's lactose free, they taste exactly like lemon zest. crunchy biscuit that does not crumble and fall to pieces and can be dunked in a drink.

A Delicious 'Free From' Lemon Biscuit

A great tasting biscuit with pieces of lemon zest. My only comment to the manufacturer would be to consider wrapping these biscuits in pairs so they stay fresh and are easy to carry in a handbag for emergencies when you cannot find anywhere to get a snack.

Really good... I just wish Ocado sold the Dove Farm chocolate ones too... they are even better!!!
