It's actually good!

I received this as a substitute for the wholewheat pasta I'd ordered. Didn't realise it was gluten free or I'd have refused it, as previous experience led me to believe gluten free pasta was pappy, disgusting stuff fit only for the bin. Anyway, by the time I realised it was past the 24hr refund window so I tried it - well blow me down, it tastes like, well, pasta! My smack is gobbed and my gast is flabbered. I might even buy it again. I would definitely be happy to serve it to friends who can't eat wheat. Well done Dove's Farm!

best gluten free pasta

I have been eating gluten free for around 5 years now and in that time this is the best GF pasta I have found. So good that that the rest of the family love it too, so I no longer have to make them a separate batch of the wheat variety.

Pain-Free

I have been trying a few wheat-free products to try and reduce some unpleasant joint pain, and the wheat-free products do seem to help. Too early to draw any firm conclusions, but the severe lower back pain and bloated gut have gone. Made a lovely Penne Bolognese with this. This pasta has a slightly lighter texture than another gluten- free product I have tried and is lighter in texture that wheat penne.

This pasta is really good. My husband and daughter are both coeliacs. It cooks well and has a good texture. The whole family eat it.
