Reliable
Good yeast. Familiar and reliable. Works well with gluten free bread flour.
I thought this was in a tin
but its just a paper packet
Consistently good
Ive been using this yeast every week for years now and its consistently doing what its supposed to do. Just needs storing in a container after opening to keep fresh but less rubbish than sachets.
Short storage life
Worked well when first bought but deteriorated fast
very good
workes well will all sorts of flour, bred proves very well the same as with fresh yeast
Amateur baker
I was so nervous using this yeast, but it did a great job in rising my dough and my bread didnt taste so strongly of yeast like another brand I used to use but shall not name. I look forward to creating more baked goods with this wonderful product as long as it works.
