Infusion instructions
To get the best out of the leaves, we recommend allowing boiled water to cool for at least a minute. Preheat the teapot and add 2 grams (a teaspoon) per person. Infuse the tea for 3 to 5 minutes according to taste.

Not quite what it appears!
I agree with Top Cat. We use it like this too. But have not bought this brand before. Lovely big tin. Less than half full!!!! OK, there were 50 gms in it as stated, but it's hard to visualise the quantity when ordering. No quarrel with the tea itself.

You only need a pinch.
Add a pinch to assam tea leaves for a smoky twist. Delicious. It's very expensive but will last for a long time used this way.

Excellent taste and quality
Very nice smoky taste. Excellent for winter. I think the size is adequate, given the quality. You only need a spoonful to make good 2-3 cups of tea.
