Order more than you think. . . . . .
Lovely meat - surprised that ?24 worth only fed 4 people ! Always source great produce & prepared to pay for it. We slow roasted on a very low heat & therefore reduced in weight dramatically.Please be aware if feeding more than 4 people then you will need to order a much bigger joint than you may think ! Delicious !

A really good size joint that was lovely. The meat was tender and juicy, and the stuffing was full of flavour with a really nice texture. Will definitely buy again.

Shelf Life disappointing
Great quality roast but disappointed in shelf life. Ordered for New Years Day with my delivery planned for 3.5 days before. Description guarantees 3 day life but averages more like 8 so disappointed to have to pop it into the freezer as use by is 31/1/11. Oh well.
