Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºc. Once opened consume within 1 day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Oven Cook
Place on a lightly greased tray in centre of oven for 15-20 mins. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. As the skins are natural there is no need to prick them.
Grill
Preheat Grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium heat turning occasionally. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear & there is no pink meat

The Best
These are the very best sausages. They are tasty, without thick casings, and filling. I ate two chipolatas and that was enough. Very well worth the money. Highly recommended.

Why oh why use breadcrumbs!!!
These could so easily be gluten free then I could eat these with the rest of the family, as a coeliac I now can't, opportunity missed for a regular sale.

Beyond brilliance, just had two each fried for lunch with jar italian skinned tomatos and windfall chutney, quite enough to fill us, skins really great and traditional. flavours and texture just right. Thank you Duchy
