Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºc. Once opened consume within one day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use; do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Wash hands, all surfaces & utensils after touching raw meat.
Oven
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased tray in centre of oven for 30-35mins. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear & there is no pink meat. As the skins are natural there is no need to prick them.
Grill
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium heat turning occasionally for 20-25mins. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear & there is no pink meat

Won our blind tasting
We tried 14 different plain pork sausages, covering all bases, including our prize winning local butcher, in a completely blind tasting. This was the clear winner. We baked our sausages for consistency.

not great
I don't eat meat but my son and his friends were not keen on these. They wouldn't eat them and said they're fatty and quite chewy. The chipolatas by Duchy are better- they always get eaten!

Really Great Sausages
Just had these for breakfast and they got a resounding seal of approval from my meat eating husband and sons. We used to have Porkinsons until they stopped making them and then the Harrogate 97% which seem to have disappeared so they are used to quality.
