Prepare & Use
To serve: remove dressing. Peel back film and remove required amount of parfait. Allow to come to room temperature before serving. Shake dressing well before use.

Parfait contains duck liver (36%), duck fat (31%), whipping cream, water, Sauternes (4.5%), apple jelly, wheat flour, salt, truffle (1%), duck stock, potato starch, whey powder (from milk), maize starch, dextrose (from wheat), free range egg albumen, stabiliser carrageenan, antioxidants sodium citrate and ascorbic acid, black pepper, preservative sodium nitrite.
Decoration contains water, Port (5%), maltodextrin (from maize), pork gelatine, dextrose (from wheat), herb and spice extract, salt, preservative sodium sulphite.
Apple jelly contains apple, sugar.
Duck stock contains concentrated juice from duck bones and meat, glucose syrup (from wheat), dextrin (from wheat), salt, yeast extracts, flavourings, duck fat, sunflower oil, lactose, emulsifier milk proteins.
Forest fruit dressing contains strawberries (31%), sugar, raspberries (22%), water, blackcurrants (9%), red wine vinegar, cassis, tapioca starch.
