Prepare & Use
You will need:
Fudgy Brownies:
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
Cake-Like Brownies:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
Baking Instructions:
1. Prepare.
Preheat oven to 350°F for glass or metal pans, 325ºF for dark or non-stick pans*.
Grease bottom of pan with shortening or cooking spray.
2. Mix.
Stir brownie mix, egg(s), water, and oil in a large bowl until well blended (about 50 strokes).
Spread into greased pan and bake immediately.
3. Bake.
Bake following times below. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge of pan comes out clean.
Pan Size 13"x9", Metal or Glass Pan 25-28 Min.
Pan Size 9"x9", Metal or Glass Pan 36-40 Min.
Pan Size 8"x8", Metal or Glass Pan 38-41 Min.
Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving.
*Add 3-5 minutes for dar or non-stick pans when baking.
