Directions for use
- 2 capsules per day with food. When starting supplementation it is recommended to take 6 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks to help balance essential fatty acids in the body.
- Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, on any medication, or if you have any medical condition before starting supplementation.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a well balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Suitable for both adults and children, but for children aged under 5 years, we recommend Equazen® baby, children's chews or children's liquid - vanilla or citrus flavour.

Equazen® can be taken by all ages

6 capsules per day with food for first 12 weeks. Then 2 per day once your body's stores of long chain fatty acids have built up.
