Chickpea, aubergine and butternut squash with apricot, infused with aromatic spices slowly cooked by us, quickly served by you.
A staple dish of North Africa and named after the vessel in which it is traditionally cooked; this tagine is a hotpot of chickpeas, aubergine and other Mediterranean vegetables, slow-cooked with apricots and aromatic spices - very Moorish!
Inspired by the bean and one-pot recipes from around the world, we use good, honest natural ingredients, nutritious pulses, chunky veg, infused with herbs and spices, to make a versatile meal in a pot.

Prepare & Use
Serve the tagine piping hot and pile onto couscous or rice, then top with toasted flaked almonds, chopped fresh coriander and mint.
Microwave
Remove lid and place loosely on top of the pot. Heat on full power for 3 mins (Cat E-850W). After heating stir and stand for 1 minute before serving.
Hob
Empty contents into a saucepan. Warm over a low heat and stir occasionally until piping hot

Not for me
This product may appeal to some people, but it was just too spicy for me and gave me a terrible stomach ache afterwards.

Lovely
It was really nice. Served with brown rice, could have eaten it again. Downside? Too expensive, it's a fairly small pot!

Really authentic Morroccan taste
This is one of my favourtie lunches - a quick bit of couscous and a couple of minutes in the microwave and you have a delicious, really healthy meal and free on Slimming World Green or Extra Easy!

Excellent Healthy Meal
I think this is delicious, I feel healthy eating it. I serve it with brown rice or couscous. It's only that it comes out of a pot and not a Le Creuset dish that I've given it 4 stars for packaging.
