Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Pan Fry
Rare: 4-6 mins
Medium: 6-8 mins
Well Done: 8-10 mins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Pat crumb firmly onto the steak. Cook on a high heat for 2 minutes, to crisp up the crumb, then turn down the heat to medium, turning half way through cooking. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked before serving. Heat until piping hot

nice
Not sure why these steaks got such a poor overall review - my husband And I like them a lot. There are a lot peppercorns on them, but they are not spicy. I think the flavor is really nice and I buy them a lot.

Too many spices, barely any pepper flavour. Odd coating. Would not recommend.

steak is OK for this price but the pink peppercorn is horrible, taste like floral perfume , maybe its the pink peppercorn i don't like, should stick to black peppercorn. Sorry i won't be buying these again
