Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Ensure the juices run clear before serving.
Electric 200ºC/ Fan 180ºC/ Gas Mark 6 - 30-35 mins.
Serving suggestion. Serve with ratatouille and roast potatoes.

Tough but not tasteless
The pork is as other reviewers said unfortunatelly quite tough but the apple stuffing is quite nice.

Dreadful
I should have listened to the other reviewers. So tough and tasteless. Very disappointed as we usually really like meals in this range.

VERY tasty............
Best meal weve had all week, so simple to cook, meat was very tender and tasty and we enjoyed it immensely. Definitely will be on our future menu.
