Keep refrigerated below 5ºc. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for home freezing on day of purhcase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Preperation. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. For best results pan fry. You can also grill steak. Heat the sauce and pour over cooked meat.

Tough as old boots
When you buy a meal deal, you know you're getting a bargain. As a punishment for this, I am still chewing a piece of meat I put in my mouth 5 minutes ago. Not good.

OK Beef, disgusting sauce
Beef was OK, but not spectacular or something to really write about. The sauce on the other hand was extremely sweet for a peppercorn sauce! I was very much taken aback by just how sweet it tasted and barely a hint of pepper outside of the corns.

So tender
Not tried these steaks before and I was very impressed for the cost. Lovely tender steaks with no fat, great for healthy eating, sauce a little overpowering, shame they don't come with other sauce options, but all in all a good buy.

I love steak and pepercorn sauce and this was really tasty ,2 really nice cuts of steak with a really nice sauce.

Not to Waitrose standard
The meat itself was not bad but the sauce is awful. It has a sweet taste rather than savoury, as a peppercorn sauce should be. I expected a more rich and genuine taste from Waitrose.
